Refunds are only issued for defective or damaged items. All other orders cannot be refunded due to the made-to-order nature of our products.
What materials are used for your products?
Products are made from high-quality materials. For example, t-shirts are usually 100% cotton or a soft cotton/poly blend. Each product page has detailed material information.
How do I care for my apparel?
We recommend machine washing inside-out with cold water and tumble drying on low or hanging to dry to preserve the print and fabric quality.
Are your products unisex?
Many of our products are unisex, but sizes vary. Always check the sizing chart provided on each product page before ordering.
Can I customise a product?
All products are designed specifically for RealLoopyTV fans. Customisations are not available at this time.
