- Australia: 5–10 business days
- United States: 3–7 business days
- Canada: 5–10 business days
- International: 7–21 business days
Shipping Costs:
- Calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and chosen shipping method.
Expedited Shipping:
- Available at checkout for faster delivery.
Order Tracking:
- Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package’s progress.
International Orders:
- Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns & Exchanges
Because every item is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or damaged during shipping.
Defective or Damaged Items:
- Contact us immediately with photos of the issue.
- We’ll work with you to replace the item at no extra cost.
Refunds:
- Refunds are only issued for defective or damaged products.
- Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds for products that are not defective, as each item is custom-made for you.
