Shipping Costs:

Expedited Shipping:

  • Available at checkout for faster delivery.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package’s progress.

International Orders:

  • Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Exchanges

Because every item is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or damaged during shipping.

Defective or Damaged Items:

  • Contact us immediately with photos of the issue.
  • We’ll work with you to replace the item at no extra cost.

Refunds:

  • Refunds are only issued for defective or damaged products.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds for products that are not defective, as each item is custom-made for you.
